1. Conditions for Product Return & Exchange at XIPI

XIPI accepts product returns and exchanges within 7 days from the date of purchase at our store or from the date you receive the product (for online orders).

To be eligible for return/exchange, the product must:

  • Be unused and unwashed
  • Have the original tags intact
  • Not be deformed or damaged after purchase

Returns/exchanges do not apply to products from online promotional programs, except in cases of defects.

We accept returns and exchanges for purchases made at all XIPI stores and online.

3. How can I return/exchange a product purchased online?

You can return/exchange the product at any XIPI store nationwide or send it back via courier service.

4. Can I return/exchange at a different store location?

Yes, you can return/exchange the product at any XIPI store nationwide.

5. What are the return/exchange fees?

You only need to cover the shipping fee for returning the product to our exchange/return processing center.

6. How long will it take to receive my refund?

  • For in-store returns, refunds are processed immediately.
  • For returns via courier, refunds will be credited to your account within 1-7 business days.
